Sarah Beron is a Sex and Relationship Coach, Log Rolling Instructor, and High School Math Teacher. As a sex and relationship coach, she helps men and women deepen intimacy and connection, reclaim desire, increase access to pleasure, and improve their sex lives. Like most things, good sex and relationships can be learned and Sarah works experientially with her clients to identify barriers and strengthen components that support fulfilling relationships and extraordinary sex lives. As the lead instructor and owner of Blue Ox Log Rolling, Sarah teaches kids and adults techniques and strategies to outlast their opponents while balancing and sprinting on a floating, spinning log. Providing a space for adults to learn something new and re-discover the pure joy of play is her favorite thing about owning a log rolling business. In the math classroom, Sarah is passionate about fostering critical thinking in her students, providing clear instruction, meeting her students exactly where they are, and creating a safe space for her students to show up authentically so together they can figure out what is possible. When she's not grading algebra tests, holding logs, or de-shamifying kinks, you'll find her in the garden, the sauna (and swimming in the frozen lake), or driving too far for a deal on a mid-century modern vintage chair. She also enjoys traveling, thrifting, home improvement projects, and spending time with her husband of 14 years, two pre-teen daughters and white lab puppy, Oak.
